You must be ready, committed and want to change. If you are a good fit we are willing to be flexible in our schedules to accommodate you. We recognize that there are always legitimate reasons not to exercise, but we will not accept that you cannot find the time for a 6 or 12-week program, which in the grand scheme of things is a tiny amount of time in your life. These are the things we expect from you, and if they sound too challenging, we apologize but we just aren't for you."
